Policies:
Booking & Payment
All services and orders require a signed agreement and/or payment to secure your date. Dates are not reserved until payment is received. Full or partial payment requirements will be outlined at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Refund requests may be submitted for review but are not guaranteed. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the service, timing of the request, work already completed, and associated costs.
Approved refunds, if any, will be issued at the discretion of Whitney Davis Planning and may be partial. Processing times may vary.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Depending on the service, rescheduling may be offered once, subject to availability. Fees may apply. Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Event Planning Services
Client cooperation, timely communication, and adherence to deadlines are required to ensure successful execution. Whitney Davis Planning is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or client-provided information.
Graphic Design Services
All design work includes a specified number of revisions outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees. Final files are delivered once payment is complete.
The Subdued Garden Workshops
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another individual with prior approval or applied to a future workshop when available.
Whitty Treats
Due to the nature of food products, all treat orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun. Please review all order details carefully before submitting.
Liability
Whitney Davis Planning is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or situations beyond reasonable control. By booking services, you agree to release Whitney Davis Planning from liability related to such events.
